Lookout Software release of minor upgrade for Office Timesheets, Version 7.3.0.0

DALLAS, Texas, USA (April 1, 2020) – Lookout Software announces the release of Office Timesheets Version 7.3.0.0 which include an all-new integration app for syncing time entry data with QuickBooks Online along with other minor features and fixes.

Office Timesheets Version 7.3.0.0 new features include, but are not limited to:

  • All-new comprehensive sync app for synchronizing Employees, Clients, Service Items, Classes, Locations along with employee time entry/timesheet data between Office Timesheets and QuickBooks Online.
  • New features included in Office Timesheets' QuickBooks Desktop Sync Application: Employee Name Format Mapping Options Added to QBLink Sync App - choose from three different Employee name format options: Last First MI, First MI Last, and Last MI First; and Automatic User Account removal employees that are updated as "Inactive" - when you update an employee to "Inactive" status in QuickBooks, the QuickBooks Desktop Sync application for Office Timesheets will now automatically remove the specified employee's user account, if a user account exists for the specified employee.
  • When deleting a timesheet approval, you can now modify the employee's lock date.
  • Previous versions of Office Timesheets did not update/approve non-working hour entries. Version 7.3.0.0 now updates all timesheet hours classified as working and/or non-working hours when modifying a timesheets approval status.
  • The Save as Copy function has been added the Employee and Element Level Group dialogs.
  • Now when viewing the Manager Approval screen, the manager can switch between a view of a single reporting period or all reporting periods contained in a month on a single view.
